So, having finally had time to unpack from a recent trip to the in-laws in Ireland, we got to go through the various stocking fillers we got from my mum-in-law for Christmas. She knows I have a thing about aviation and space exploration, so I was very glad to find this nifty wooden outer space playset from Muji (who have just opened their Dublin branch).
Amongst the contents of the set are:
- Space Shuttle (with SRBs and External Tank).
- Generic Rocket, Launch Tower and Transporter.
- Planets and Meteorites.
- A Sputnik, alongside a more modern satellite.
- Authentic UFO!
- 2001-esque rotating space station.
All in a very neat cloth bag. Although my wife says I’m not allowed to combine the UFO with the cows from the farm set…
All in all, a great little toy - very dinky and neat - just what we’ve come to expect from Muji really!
